What are Private Spaces?
A Private Space is an invite-only container for your team’s videos and analysis. You create the space, give it a name (e.g., “Squad”, “Varsity”, “Flyball Team A”), and invite members and co-admins. Everything uploaded to that space—recordings, imported clips, drawings, voice-overs, and FLYBALL AI AUTO-TRACKING results where applicable—lives inside it and is visible only to people you’ve invited.
No more scattering links, AirDropping large files, or wondering who has the latest cut. One space, one shared library, and instant sync so everyone sees the same content.
Members & admins
Admins can add and remove members, upload and delete videos, and manage the space. You can have more than one admin (e.g., a head coach and an assistant), so responsibilities can be shared. Plan limits apply—Coach Plan and Flyball Team plans include a set number of admins per space.
Members can view and play everything in the space. They get notified when new content is added, so they can review sessions, drills, or race analysis without having to chase updates. Member and admin counts per space depend on your plan; see the pricing page for details.
Team-only library
All videos and analysis in a Private Space stay there. They’re not visible in your personal library to outsiders, nor are they searchable or shareable by public link. Only invited members and admins can see the space’s contents. Storage for the space counts toward your plan total (Personal + Spaces), so you can track your usage across yourself and your teams.
You can create multiple spaces (e.g., one per squad or discipline), each with its own member list and library. That keeps squads, age groups, or sports separate when you need them to be.
Instant sync
When you or another admin uploads a video or adds analysis to a space, members get notified. They open the app, and the new content is there—no manual “check the folder” or “I’ve sent it again.” Sync runs over the cloud, so everyone stays on the same page whether you’re in the same room or across time zones. Ideal for post-session reviews, competition debriefs, or weekly technique clips.
Who gets Private Spaces?
Private Spaces are included on Coach Plan and Coach Plan + (Athletes / Coaches), and on Team Plan and Team Plan + (Flyball). Starter and Individual / Flyballer plans use personal library and cloud backup only; they don’t include spaces.
